TREE SQUIRREL Pruning & Picking Towers

Nelson Mfg. Co. offers the Tree Squirrel pruning and picking tower for orchards in 20 and 25 foot configurations. Tower height is measured from the ground to the floor of the working platform. Considering your height, your reach and the length of the tools, these towers provide working heights of 30′ and 35′ respectively.

True to our focus on operator comfort, the Nelson Tree Squirrel is designed to provide very smooth action on turns, forward/reverse and the lift function to minimize operator concerns and maximize operator comfort and production.

Newest features are Retracting Drive-wheels (Standard equipment on the 25 foot model) that can be moved inward so that the Tower can be towed on the road. Also, the Two-speed function (standard) dramatically shortens travel time to and from the orchard.

The Tree Squirrel features the very dependable Kubota 24.9HP Tier 4 diesel engine which provides plenty of power for inclines and performing multiple hydraulic functions. The Tree Squirrel is powder coated so that the finish will withstand falling branches and will hold its shine.
